The Faculty Administrator is a member of the Faculty of Business, Design, and Service Industries Team. As a Faulty Administrator you will proactively support staff and students through providing essential administrative, logístical and practical support. This is a busy and varied role which requires strengths in customer service, organisation, time management, technical competency and more.
The key responsibilities for this position include:
- Providing efficient and timely administrative, logístical and practical support to Faculty management, staff and students
- Providing exceptional customer service, accurate information and advice, and a positive contribution to students, internal customers, external parties and the wider Faculty team
- Contributing to the Faculty work environment in order to provide a strong focus on quality, continuous improvement, and health and safety

- Being self-managing and working effectively individually and within a team;
- Displaying a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
