You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression and our Customer Support Team are the people that make it happen when Aucklanders visit our Centres. Working as a Customer Support, right from the first smile you will be responsible for ensuring an effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customer base, dealing with a wide range of inquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone. You will find that no day is the same This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours per week and a schedule that includes opening, mid-day, and closing shifts. See below: - Tuesday - 7.15am to 3.45pm - Wednesday - 5.15am-1.45pm - Thursday - 5.15am-1.45pm - Friday - 1.30pm-10pm - Saturday - 7.45am to 4.15pm Our centre operates 7 days a week from 5:30am to 9:30pm, reliability, and commitment to working early, late and weekend shifts are crucial. **He kōrero mōu: About you** You will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as the ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customers' needs.
