**This job is required to perform**:

- To teach art design，game design, programming to groups of students from all abilities across all years
- To ensure that all lessons are planned with clear aims and objectives
- To ensure that all lessons are delivered in line with the schemes of work and our academy policies
- To ensure that there is a high standard of display work in the classroom, which is changed frequently
- To take into account the differing ability lessons of students and differentiate work accordingly
- To prepare lessons that reflects differentiation in student learning styles and abilities
- To prepare lesson plans in advance that teach core objectives and principles that are relevant to future education, also showing students how this knowledge is useful for students
- To teach several different classes of students the rules of mathematics
- To encourage all students to be actively engaged in their own learning and in reviewing their progress against targets (examinations, assessments)
- To ensure that all students are known well and that the classroom atmosphere is positive at all times
- To encourage and foster intellectual curiosity
- To deal with inappropriate behaviour quickly and effectively according to the school behaviour policy
- To set appropriate tasks and challenges for homework according to the published timetable, and ensure that it is regularly marked with constructive feedback
- To keep careful records of student progress in line with our academy policy
- To talk with parents regarding student’s performance and class feedback
- To keep classroom areas tidy and well organised
- To attend scheduled meetings in all department and academy
- To attend the professional conferences and seminar if necessary
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in relevant industry
Bachelor degree majored in design, computer science or game programming
- A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality
- The ability to work both independently and as an integral member of a team.
