OCS Dunedin is seeking a
**Specialist Services Cleaner** to ensure our client sites are kept sparkling, surpassing client expectations.

OCS clean offices, schools, airports, public amenities, retail, recreational facilities (and everything in between) - to building security and maintenance for national brands, we provide the essential services that keep businesses and societies running day in and day out.

**This role includes, but is not limited to**:

- General cleaning as well as specialist cleaning
- Floor scrubs
- High wall dusting
- Carpet machines
- Sweeping & polishing using machines
- Window cleaning
- Strip & seals
- Water blasting
- Working at heights
- Trade cleans and as required

You will be given Full Training, however prior experience in commercial cleaning, machine operation or similar trades/services will be highly beneficial to your success in this role.

**Shifts detail**:

- Hourly rate: $25.00
- Must be flexible with working hours to suit operational needs - fluctuating at times from days to nights and some hours over weekends.

**Requirements**:

- Full NZ Driver License
- You must also have trailer experience - loading of equipment and experience in driving with trailers, or be willing to learn.
- As the role will involve cleaning at heights, you will need to be comfortable with height and harness work
- Must pass a Police check, Ministry of Justice check and be eligible to work in New Zealand
