**Mo te tunga | About the role**

The role is responsible for PEO leadership and delivery of PEO operational services within 6 Policing Districts. The successful applicant will be leading high performing individuals from the Southern based PEO team.

- Lead the activities for Our Business and enable our people to deliver on them.
- Demonstrate effective leadership, motivate, and continue to further develop a high performing team, building capability to ensure a strong and positive culture.
- Work collaboratively and develop and maintain effective communication and partnerships both within our organisation and externally.
- Promote and develop fitness and health and wellbeing initiatives and resources for all employees.
- Seek opportunities for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a tertiary qualification in either Physical Education or another related field.
- Must have a current full NZ Driver's License
- Previous experience in the leadership of teams is desirable.
- Must hold the right to work in New Zealand.

The position is based at the RNZPC, and the successful applicant must reside in Wellington. Some travel will be required.

**Utu a-tau | Salary**

This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $102,808 and $108,894 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
