The Class 2 STMS position is a site-based role working within a chip sealing crew. You will attend site with the crew to support the delivery of chip sealing works and is responsible for undertaking general duties as directed by the foreperson with a focus on safety, quality, and the environment.
- Site Hazard and risk identification
- Reseal checks
- Onsite housekeeping and compliance
- General labouring tasks

To ensure your success with within the business we require the following:

- This role requires a self-starter who is self-motivated, punctual, and reliable
- The incumbent should possess a positive attitude, a willingness to learn new skills, and an ability to get on with a range of people and personalities in a team environment
- Good verbal communication skills are essential
- This role requires an individual who is prepared to listen to and follow instructions, undertake work as directed, and follow and adhere to healthy safe work practices at all time
- A Class 2 drivers’ licence is desirable but not essential
