Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving impactful change? Te Whānau o Waipareira is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to spearhead our marketing and multi-branding strategy.

In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with shaping and executing our marketing vision across Te Whānau o Waipareira and its associated entities. As a brand ambassador, you will champion Waipareira's thought leadership in advocacy innovation, rewriting the playbook as we redefine the status quo.

We're looking for an individual who thrives on data-driven decision-making, utilizing market research, advertising, and PR to continuously refine our marketing approach. With a keen eye for innovation and a high tolerance for risk, you'll push boundaries to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of social impact.

**Your Skills & Experience.**
- Fluency or strong understanding of Te Reo Māori preferred.
- Knowledge of Te Āo Māori including Te Reo me ngā Tikanga Māori.
- Advanced degree in marketing or business (MBA) preferred.
- 10+ years experience in marketing, with increasing responsibilities.
- Proven senior leadership experience within the NGO sector.
- Ability to develop & execute strategic plans, programmes, & activities.
- Ability to advise & counsel on various strategic marketing issues.
- Skilled with digital marketing/design tools, CMS, & database systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organisational skillset.
- Full New Zealand Driver's License required.
