**Role Description**:
You will be responsible for executing public and private drainlaying tasks to the highest quality and workmanship. The role involves operating machinery, trench digging, site cleanup, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, compliance paperwork.

**Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Dig and lay drainage as per instruction or plan.
- Repair drainage systems efficiently.
- Safely operate machinery on site.
- Perform trench digging and cleanup duties.
- Manage sites, assist colleagues in various tasks as needed.
- Preparation and sign off of compliance documentation
- Liaise with engineers and site managers
- Be competent in using laser measuring equipment and pipe lasers

**This Role Will Suit Someone With**:

- NZ registered as a certifying drainlayer under the Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Act 2006
- Experience in drainlaying for domestic and/or commercial projects
- Physically fit and able to meet requirements of the role
- Class 1 NZ Driver's Licence.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to follow health and safety protocols
- Legal eligibility to work permanently in NZ.
