- Conduct sampling and testing of in-process and final products using methods outlined in the Laboratory Manual.
- Ensure all laboratory and production line equipment is calibrated, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary consumables.
- Participate in batch release processes and support sensory evaluation requirements.
- Identify any out-of-specification (OOS) results in relation to relevant Quality Control Points (QCPs), Critical Control Points (CCPs), and final product specifications. Promptly raise alerts and carry out corrective actions as required.

**Shift Information**:

- **AM Shift**: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
- **PM Shift**: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
- **Overnight Shift**: 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM

**About you | Nō hea koe**Has a tertiary degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science or similar or comparable experience
- Previous experience in a lab ideally within an FMCG quality environment
- Understanding and experience in control of HACCP and ISO9001 Quality systems and auditing in the food industry is preferred
- Highly proactive, pragmatic and solution focused
- A continuous improvement mindset - we like to push the status quo
