Family Support Worker

We are currently looking for an empathetic and passionate family support worker to give household support to a busy daughter who is work bound while having to take care of her father in special need of support.

Job Title: Family Support Worker

Hourly rate: $25 to $30

Job location:Auckland

Employment type: full-time, permanent

Minimum Hours per week: 40hours per week

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Personal health care including (assistance to showering, toileting, etc)
- Follow the therapy / rehabilitation plans
- Household chores according to specific instruction provided, including meal preparation, laundry, house cleaning, linen changing, bedmakingon a daily basis, etc.
- Community outing and integration

To qualify, you need to be:

- prepared with a can-do attitude - a desire to help and a loving heart
- independent - able to manage household work, and elderlycare independently
- experienced - minimum 1 year experiencein similar field may be beneficial
- able to multi tasks
- prepared with time management and problem solving skills
- physically fit and detail oriented
- clear of convictions and be able pass a drug test
