An opportunity has arisen to become a part of our team at Te Whatu Ora Tairāwhiti in Gisborne. Te Whare o Te Rito (ICAMHS) is looking for a suitable applicant to fulfil our Kuia/Koroua position. This position involves providing cultural advice and support to Te Whare o Te Rito and the wider organisations services. The position also involves working alongside clinicians to tautoko, manaaki and awhi tangata whaiora and whānau.

The person we are looking for must be fluent in Te Reo Maori and have knowledge of the various iwi and hapu of Tairāwhiti and tikanga and kawa.
