Columbus Coffee Cook

Columbus Coffee is one of New Zealand's most recognised brands, serving premium café food and award winning coffee.

Our quality café food is prepared on site. We are seeking an experienced chef who is passionate about ensuring that everything that goes out of their kitchen is to the highest standard.

**To be successful, you will need**:

- Previous chef experience in menu creation, food to order service along with cabinet food prep, presentation and baking
- Good communication skills to ensure communication between kitchen and front of house run smoothly
- To ensure the food quality, portion size and presentation of all dishes is consistent
- Experience implementing and enforcing all areas of Food Control Plans and Café Health and Safety
- To be able to work under pressure
- To be able to work as part of a team

This position is Full time roll that will include at least one weekend day. Hours and days to be discussed at the interview stage. The successful applicant will receive ongoing training and support from Columbus Chef Trainer.
