**About the Role**

We're looking for a skilled Administrator to join our Parking Services team here at Hutt City Council. Based in Lower Hutt, this full-time role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of parking services, by handling appeals, customer inquiries, and financial administration. Your work will help keep our city running efficiently while providing great service to our community

**What You'll Do**
- Assist with parking appeals and provide excellent customer service for inquiries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage financial administration tasks, including processing invoices and account inquiries.
