Lab Manager

$90k -120k + car

**Main Duties**
Your responsibilities will be:

- Supervising laboratory staff, including technicians and researchers.
- Performing soil tests, compaction testing and concrete testing.
- Ensuring that laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
- Developing and implementing standard operating procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Coordinating and conducting laboratory experiments.
- Analyzing and interpreting research data.
- Keeping up-to-date with advances in laboratory technology and research methods.
- Team management of 10+ people.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Having an in-depth knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures.
- Being able to communicate results and collaborate with other researchers effectively.
- Having the ability to identify and resolve problems as they arise.
- Having attention to detail and accurately recording and analysing data.
