Employing over 1300 staff in 13 locations across New Zealand, C3 Limited is a market leader in New Zealand’s port related product and cargo handling, adding value to our clients businesses by providing solutions to their transport and logistics needs.

Our New Plymouth branch is seeking experienced, motivated drivers to increase our casual pool of truck drivers to work at the port. Depending on business volumes permanent roles may be available in the future. Drivers will need flexibility to work a range of shifts as the port is a 24/7 operation.

The positions will involve driving Maffi trucks and shuttle trucks carting logs on a short haul around the port. Experience operating pivot steer and high stacker log loading machinery would also be beneficial.

**Essential requirements for the position are**:
Proven truck driving experience preferably with log cartage and/or within a port environment

Flexibility and reliability

Good communication skills

Time management skills and ability to work unsupervised

Ability to meet deadlines

Willingness to follow standard operating procedures

Commitment to all health and safety procedures

Minimum Full Class 2 licence and W endorsement
