**Te whiwhinga mahi/The Opportunity**

As a Court Registry Officer (CRO) you will play a critical role in the successful operation of the Rotorua High Court. The CRO will work as part of a Registry team that delivers Quality Customer Service, Efficient and timely case progression, and Effective judicial case support. This role requires a full licence and the ability to travel to other court locations when required. **This is a full-time, permanent role.**

It is not compulsory to have any particular expertise or academic reflection for this role.

You will operate in both the Civil and Criminal jurisdiction and work within one or a combination of the following process streams:

- Receiving and processing
- Face to face customer service
- Court Taking
- Case Management
- Scheduling

**Utu ā-tau/**Salary**

The remuneration for this role is $50,128 to $70,768. The appointing salary will be based on skills and experience.
