**The opportunity**:
Counties Manukau Specialist Community Health Service has been delivering podiatry services at Mangere and Otara Hubs The Community Podiatry service supports diabetic patients and those that have complex clinical podiatry needs i.e. outside the usual treatment provided by Community Podiatrists contracted by primary health organisations, but not requiring secondary podiatrist treatment.

As an Allied Health Clinician, you will manage people with high clinical complexity, empowering them to maintain their quality of life in their own homes and communities. You will support and promote high standards of clinical practice and service development by providing clinical leadership within the team and assist in the development of the clinical capability of others.

We are looking for a person who is passionate about equity, who can multi-task, is flexible, organised and creative. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

In this role, you will report to the Allied Team Leader.

**Essential**:

- Registration and APC with the NZ Podiatrists Board
- Minimum 2 years health sector experience as a podiatrist
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for working in a person/whaanau centred way to provide excellent care
- Sound computer skills
- Full, drivers licence
