**Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities**:
This role will have responsibility for the full programme test and acceptance regime, and operational oversight of all testing process and the execution throughout the lifecycle of development projects across all test phases at a programme level
- Building up and leading the Testing Team. Defining the strategy and scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery.
- Experienced Functional and Strategic Leadership
- Managing resources for testing.
- Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort.
- Broad experience across the discipline.
- Undertakes and leads development of solutions for complex problems. Guides and teaches others.
- An experienced Test professional who drives business outcomes.

**Let's talk about the team**:
Capgemini Testing Service Line provides Testing and related Environment/DevOps services to various financial clients. This service produces clearly identifiable results, notably the reduction in the cost of software development and maintenance by up to 30%, enhanced quality levels, improved time to market, and importantly mitigation of technical and business risks.

**Let’s talk about your capability and experience**:

- Experience with managing multiple streams
- Strong communication skills
- Consolidation and aggregation of reporting
- A lower level functional understanding of the technology
- Environment Management experience (for context rather than action)
- Release Management experience (again more for context)
- Good people skills as much of the role will be influencing people
- Well rounded and good level of maturity
- Good organisation skills

New Zealand Citizens and Permanent residents will be prioritised for this role as it is for an immediate start.
