An Administration opportunity has arisen at the Central Region Forensic Inpatient and Rehabilitation Mental Health Services. This role is based on the Ratonga Rua o Porirua Campus ' in particular, Rangipapa Forensic Inpatient unit. The Administrator will support day to day functions to the service users, whanau & staff. You will always be challenged and well supported.
Mō tō mātou rōpū ' About our team
The Central Region Forensic Inpatient and Rehabilitation Mental Health Service provides the acute inpatient service which consist of Purehurehu (male only 15 bed unit) and Rangipapa (mixed gender 13 bed unit). Pukeko & Saunders House are attached to Rangipapa unit, which provides rehabilitation/recovery step-down facility for four tangata whaiora/service users within the inpatient forensic system.

The Administrator role is busy and an integral part of the team. We are seeking a motivated, dynamic and skilled Administrator, who will be responsible for a broad range of administrative duties to support the clinical team to ensure workflow. We are looking for someone with:
- strong typing and computer skills ie. MS Office
- the ability to work well in a team
- is able to multi task and work under pressure
- is able to put in systems & processes and prioritize workload
- that is solution focused, be diligent & conscientious
