If you have spent any time in Queenstown at all, you will be familiar with the TSS Earnslaw. Our legendary 110-year-old Lady of the Lake is calling for a leader to guide and inspire the team of Hosts.

This is a leadership role where you will be supporting the Operations Coordinator (Whakatipu) to ensure that your team go through full training and have all the tools to deliver exceptional RealNZ experiences we are renown for.

You will lead by example with your impeccable guest service skills, your ability to upsell and talk about the other RealNZ experiences, while making sure daily operations are running smoothly.

We are looking for someone who has:

- Food & Beverage (including bar and barista) experience
- Proven hosting and guest service skills
- Duty Manager Certificate
- Great communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural knack to lead a team
