We are looking for a Bar Manager for The Irish Grand Pub who is dedicated, takes initiative, and would enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced workplace.

The job responsibilities will be as per below:

- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar and supervise the bar team.
- Staff Training and Development: Educate bar staff on customer preferences to enable them to provide personalized drink recommendations.
- Menu Creation and Revision: Collaborate in designing and updating drink menus, developing innovative cocktail recipes, and keeping clients informed about new drinks and promotions.
- Drink Mixing and Presentation: Skillfully prepare, mix, and present drinks, ensuring they are served attractively to customers.
- Resolve Customer Complaints: Efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Supplier and Stock Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent stock levels.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all bar staff adhere to health, alcohol, and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Vendor Coordination: Serve as the primary contact for vendors, technicians, DJs, security personnel, and other representatives.
- Execute Marketing Campaigns: Plan and implement marketing strategies to promote the bar.
- Support Service Operations: Assist with drink preparation, serving, and sales when needed.
- Maintain Legal Compliance: Ensure the bar operates in compliance with all necessary permits and the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act of 2012.

Required to work fora **minimum of 30 hours per week**

- Must be flexible to work in different shifts and on weekends
- Being able to calm down stressful situations and solve problems.
- Leadership skills
- Multi-tasker
- Willingness to work during busy times, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
