**About the Role**

Working within our main operations hub in Grafton, Auckland - NZ, you will be managing the warehouse team, primarily focussing on inbound & outbound surgical loan kits stock, managing your team of 5-8 team members.

Whilst this Team Leader position oversee's the surgical loan sets area for inbound and outbound operations its **not** mandatory that you have previous healthcare warehouse/operations experience.

We are looking for a warehouse professional who has experience managing high calibre teams regardless of product category.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing the output and performance of the Inbound Team
- Leading by example while performing tasks
- Directing and assigning operational requirements to team members
- Streamlining processes for better efficiency and to minimise errors
- Providing training to team members
- Resolving any customer issues as required
- Working on ad-hoc/special projects

**About You**
- **Min. 1-2 years Team Leader experience in a Logistics/Warehousing environment.**:

- **Previous experience with SAP and ERP Systems**:

- **Process-driven with good attention to detail**:

- **Ability to manage a high volume workload whilst maintaining a consistent level of accuracy**:

- **Experience in continuous improvement activities**:

- Exceptional communication, and a good team player
- Work well under pressure, and good problem-solving skills
