Foundation Worker

As a Foundation Worker with Northpower, you’ll be assisting with excavating and creating access tracks, crane pads and concrete encasements around trans line structures and to perform a range of tasks required for site preparation and refurbishment of Grillage and baseplates on Tower structures and other tasks as directed by the Supervisor.

You’ll be working on a variety of exciting projects and be someone who enjoys getting stuck in to get the job done. To be successful in this role, you will also have:
- Background as a civil worker with proven experience in excavations and concrete work
- Clean, full class 1 licence essential (Class 2, 4 and 5 are also desirable)
- Preferably have experience with a range of excavators, machine sizes ranging from 1.5 to 23 tonnes
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- A great work attitude and willingness to be part of a diverse team along with a strong focus to health & safety
