Civil Supervisor opportunity with Tier 1 civil contractor in Tauranga - Immediate Start

**Your new company**
This Tier 1 Civil Contractor is a premier leader in the construction of New Zealand’s infrastructure. They’re involved in a wide variety of large and small projects from road construction and maintenance through to earthworks and drainage.

**Your new role**
Key Responsibilities:

- Providing mentoring, coaching and performance management of relevant staff
- Management of project team, subcontractors and local labour crew
- Ensuring all deadlines are met
- Assist the project team to deliver the project on time and within standards
- Leading with high standards of Quality Assurance and Health & Safety
- Be involved in the preparation of the work plans

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 4 - 5+ years’ experience in the civil construction industry
- Background in civils, drainage, earthworks and pavements
- Full class 1 driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- A Team player
- The ability to build long term relationships
