We require additional employees to support our current team of approximately 110 Care and Support Workers.

We are looking for individuals that love being around people, are energetic and have great initiative. However, you will also know when standard policy and procedures must be followed.

As a Care Coach you will support those living with physical and/or intellectual disabilities to prepare and eat meals, plan their day and provide support with their weekly shopping. **Be comfortable, **capable** and respectful when providing personal cares to people who have Very High Needs**.** You will accompany them on outings to the movies, the beach, the gym or to visit family or friends.

You will ultimately support them to live life, their way.

You need to be flexible and reliable and you need to be able to work rotating/various shifts. You will be able and willing to work awake night shifts, sleepover shifts, week days or weekend.
