**The opportunity**:
**Day to day you will**:
- Design, build and maintenance of cloud infrastructure solutions built on cloud-based platforms, Azure and AWS.
- Use DevOps methodologies for the build and deployment of cloud infrastructure and solutions through DevOps CI/CD pipelines and deploying IaC.
- Migrate and modernize on-premise workloads to the cloud and debug cloud stacks, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, resolving cloud vulnerabilities and providing techinal guidance and support to the team members and stakeholders.
- Monitoring the infrastructure and ensuring SLAs and system RTOs and RPOs are met, and disaster recovery is regularly tested
- Ensure that cloud-based infrastructure and solutions meet KPMG security and compliance requirements, work with IT security and compliance teams to implement security and compliance controls.
- Contribute to the ITS team development and attend management meetings to build awareness of the team strategy and progress against targets.
- Following the correct ITIL process for Incidents, Security, Problem and Change Management.
**What you'll bring to the team**:
- 5+ years hands on experience with Cloud Platforms, Azure and AWS (Azure and/or AWS Certificates are preferred)
- Qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or another quantitative field
- Working knowledge of on-premises and cloud networking such as VPN, ExpressRoutes etc
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of client centred services and proven ability in business development and advisory
- A high level of self-motivation, energy and drive with ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
