**Job Description** Lumino Chartwell in Hamilton are currently on the lookout for an experienced part time Receptionist to join the team**
We are a high-performing team of professionals who take great pride in the services and care we provide our patients.
As one of our receptionists, you will be the friendly face that our patients see when they enter our doors and the voice they hear when they call our practice. A typical day will see you assisting our patients with their enquiries, generating, and confirming appointment bookings for our clinicians, payment processing, banking, and other ad hoc administrative duties.
**The hours for the role are below**:
- Monday 8.15 am - 4.30pm
- Friday 8.15am - 4.30pm
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet patients in person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process payments and book appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems.
**Qualifications**
- Previous receptionist experience is a must, ideally within the medical industry.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with file keeping and data entry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
