Changeover Specialist

**The Role**

Our exceptional people see everything as an opportunity and are always striving to make more from milk. We are looking for a Changeover Specialist, to join our busy team on a 12 month fixed term basis.

Reporting to the Production Manager, your main focus will be to ensure that new production line change overs and processes are efficient, effective and able to support the delivery of the manufacturing plant.

You will be accountable for ensuring Quick size change overs, In batch recipes parameters, team training on new machines, new equipment installation, validations and documentation are well managed and supported for delivery of production targets and quality.

**Qualification**
- Tertiary degree, diploma, or minimum 5-10 years in a dairy manufacturing environment

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in leading machine installations, size & product changeover
- Proven understanding of dairy manufacturing processes and systems
- Proven knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP systems
