Job description

Our Hamilton branch is looking for a customer-focused loss prevention assistant to join our team full-time. Key Responsibilities: -Support the retail team as directed by management. - Monitor customer entry and exit points and maintain a presence on the retail floor. - Operate and monitor CCTV systems effectively and responsibly. - Conduct entry/exit checks, including invoice and product matching. - Maintain store standards by ensuring customers follow bag, hat, and sunglasses policies. - Assist in theft prevention through active surveillance and customer engagement. - Perform regular stock checks with a focus on loss prevention and accuracy. - Provide support to staff when managing upset or difficult customers. - Identify and report individuals of concern or suspicious behavior promptly and professionally.
