**About You | Mōu**

**In this role we are looking for our new leader to**:

- Be a strong people leader and have the ability to motivate a team
- Have strong and clear communication skills to effectively interact with team members
- Be organised and be able to prioritise workload to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Hold a General Managers certificate and forklift licence - preferred but not essential

**As a dedicated night owl you will be working outside our normal trading hours to get the job done. A night in the life of a Long Life Supervisor - Nights could look like**
- Ensuring the shelves are stocked and looking great for our customers who will be shopping the next day
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the store and stockrooms
- Keeping your team striving and motivated to achieve great results within tight time frames
- Championing health and safety practices

**The hours and days for this Assistant Long Manager - Nights position are:
**Sunday 1800-0230, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 1900-0330
