**ROLE**

Hashbane is looking for an experienced, talented and passionate 3D Environment Artist to create gorgeous biomes and bring our worlds to life. This is a remote role and you'll be working closely with the Art Director and Lead Game Designer.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Creation of high and low poly environment models, foliage and architecture
- Creating realistic environments and biomes within specified guidelines
- Transforming hi to low poly models
- Solid understanding of texturing
- Ability to communicate ideas and iterate in a timely manner
- Conduct frequent constructive feedback sessions

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Strong portfolio focused on environment designs
- Exceptional understanding of composition, tone, lighting and structure
- Excellent knowledge of texturing and 3D software, Unreal Engine environment creation pipelines and tools
- Be task-driven and proactive with strong organisational and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and flexible, with excellent communication skills
- Positive, solution-oriented individual and able work without direct supervision
- Technically proficient, able to identify and collaborate on pipeline innovations

**NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS**
- Competency of GrowFx, SpeedTree or equivalent
- Photogrammetry experience
- An interest in dense foliage and ancient architecture
