As a leading organization within the industry, we are on the hunt for drivers who can deliver exceptional customer service and ensure we meet the needs of our clients. You will be someone who can build relationships and work as a team to maintain a healthy and safe working environment. These positions are full-time (at least 30-40 hours per week) with an
hourly pay rate of $25-$30 depending on the work experience.

DUTIES
- Carrying out pre-start checks on trucks at the start of each shift.
- Moving trucks into position for loading and unloading.
- Transporting freight from the depot to customers on short, medium, and long-distance routes.
- Loading and unloading trucks using forklifts or ramps.
- Ensuring all loads are evenly distributed and secured as required.
- Adhering to all laws while driving on the road, and all health and safety requirements while in the depot or at customer’s buildings.
- Maintaining a vehicle logbook and completing load-specific dockets for each pick-up and delivery.
- When required, weighing loads and reporting as necessary.
- Keeping trucks in a clean and tidy condition (inside and out).
- Full and clean Class 5 Drivers License or Equivalent with a safe driving record
- Eager to deliver exceptional service
- An interest in upskilling
- Forklift endorsement or certificate (ideal, but not compulsory)

Relevent work experience will be preferred. Full - Training will be provided.

The successful applicant will be required to complete a driving assessment, pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test, and a Ministry of Justice check. Applicants for this position should have NZ Residency or a valid NZ work visa.
