**_ About the Role_**
- The primary purpose of the role is to _
- _To ensure the day to day operation and maintenance of the RIS/PACS system and associated radiology systems _
- _You will ensure users are supported to safely use the systems _
- _In conjunction with the radiology manager and information services team, assist and support the successful implementation of Health NZ RIS/PACS projects. _
- _The technology is varied and complex, which requires a collaborative approach in working with Philips and Health NZ - Te Whatu Ora. _

**_About you_**
- _Experience working with RIS/PACS. _
- _Experience in implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi in action. _
- _Strong understanding of IT and information systems _
- _Strong knowledge of imaging information flow and standards used for medical data transfer such as HL7 _
- _Background in computers and network/system troubleshooting _
