**The opportunity**

Our Industrial team is managing a significant portfolio of work for our client at their Pulp and Paper site both out of our site office managing and delivering a portfolio of capital and non-routine maintenance projects for our client. We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our diverse and talented team working across a range of sectors, where innovation, sustainability and delivering the best for our clients is at the heart of every decision we make. Every day will look a little different, however overall, you will be responsible for:

- Contributing to the analysis of information, production of design, reports, tenders and proposals
- Demonstrating basic business skills to deliver projects to quality, budget and programme requirements
- Consolidating and extending technical skills and show initiative in seeking learning opportunities

This role is based in our Tauranga office but requires regular travel each week to a client site near Tokoroa (Waikato) - this is just over an hours' drive away. Our client is at the heart of New Zealand’s forestry, timber and paper industry.

Sitting between farmland and pine forests you will be surrounded by the natural beauty of the Waikato region. Surrounded by Rotorua, Taupo, Tauranga and Mount Ruapehu, whether it's snow sports, wildlife, lakes or just the great outdoors, South Waikato has much to offer outside of your working day.

Aligned with the level of the role, we envision that the base salary component will be between NZ$77,200 - NZ$115,800 depending on skills and experience. The role is full time and permanent, with minimum guaranteed hours of 40 hours a week.
