We are searching for a Health and Safety Coordinator/Junior Advisor to join the team.

Based at the Mount Wellington office and reporting to the H&S Manager, you will assist with general administration, such as incident reporting, H&S stock management, and meeting coordination.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator with a strong interest in H&S to develop their H&S skills and knowledge whilst gaining exposure in the construction industry.

**What your day-to-day will look like**:

- Assist with the preparation of H&S reporting
- Report incidents to clients and key stakeholders
- Conduct H&S Audits and Site inductions for new starters and subcontractors
- Preparation of Site-Specific Safety Plan (SSSP’s)
- Administration and management of training registers
- Track and report Business Intelligence data
- Assist with the management of H&S stock
- Prepare H&S signage and site safety folders
- Provide general administration.

**About you**:

- 2-3 years of H&S Administration experience, ideally in construction
- Sound understanding and knowledge of H&S terminology
- Technology savvy with solid Outlook, Excel and Word work experience
- Ability to build strong relationships with people from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- An ability to think practically with outstanding problem-solving capability
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, planning and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn, grow and ask questions.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
