**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

As our **Sales Manager - Leisure & Partnerships**, you'll lead the charge in developing and executing sales strategies across the Leisure segment (wholesale FIT, Groups & Series) for our Hotels, Food & Beverage, and Sky Tower business units. Reporting to the Director of Hotels, you'll play a key role in achieving revenue and visitation targets while fostering strong industry relationships.
- Drive sales campaigns and business development initiatives across leisure and partnership segments
- Manage key relationships with inbound agents, tourism partners, and sponsorship stakeholders
- Collaborate with operational leaders to meet commercial targets
- Deliver insightful sales reporting and contribute to budget planning and forecasting

- Proven experience in a sales management role within hospitality or tourism
- A strong track record of building client relationships and delivering results
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities
- Passion for hospitality, entertainment, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Background in hotel or hospitality sales
- Familiarity with international markets and customer segmentation
- Experience working across multi-venue or attraction-based sites
