Manjit Services Ltd is looking for a shift manager who can manage the business.

Only New Zealand citizen, resident or permanent resident, or on an open work visa holder or any other eligible can apply.

Must have either three years work experience or relevant qualification NZQF Diploma (ANZSCO Skill level 2).

Pay rate :$29.66-$31.61/hour and overtime will be paid at the same pay rate, and number of hours 30-35 per week, Mon-Fri as flexibly required and weekend availability.

Wages will be paid in the nominated bank account fortnightly.

Job duties of a shift manager:
1) determining service standards; delivering goods and providing cleaning to meet contractual obligations with the clients as required routinely;
2) formulating and implementing, purchasing material required for the business and marketing policies, and negotiating prices;
3) Promoting and advertising the services;
4) maintaining records and deliveries and financial transactions;
5) providing services to customers and advising them on them.

6) Undertaking budgeting for the establishment;
7) controlling selection, training and supervision of staff;
8) Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

9) Meet contractual obligations with the clients/companies, which may be either ongoing or potential contractual obligations, including delivering parcels etc., and perform cleaning duties hands-on as required routinely.

10) Deliveries and cleaning services are to be provided with quality and good customer care

11) Delivering of goods requires their stowing in a health and safety manner and easy deliveries.

12) Any traffic citation, a near miss or an accident needs to be reported to the management immediately.

13) Cleaning service quality assurance is required and recorded every week.

Pay: $29.66 - $29.77 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
