**He kōrero mō te tūranga | The Role**
We are seeking a confident and interactive Referral Administrator to join our Referral Management hub in Palmerston North. You will be working with a high performing team undertaking a range of duties to support the administration of internal and external referrals.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our service providers, NASC, external agencies, families, and other professionals; and be the go-to person for your colleagues. You will work closely with other members within the team to meet daily work targets that support the referral management process. Most of the work you will complete will be admin and process-orientated such as:
- Maintaining our client information on our database (Goldcare)
- Receive, manage, and process any referral received
- Coordination and facilitation of referrals
- Ensuring that our clients and stakeholders feel valued and following up to ensure their needs have been met
- Liaising with staff from all levels
**He kōrero mōu | About You**
- Minimum 1+ years administrative experience
- You'll be a quick learner who enjoys working in a team
- Confident using Microsoft Office suite (Excel and Outlook in particular)
- Data entry experience and attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide variety of people
- Time management skills
- Ability to be self-directed and take direction well
