Kōrero mō te tūranga ' About the role
We have a vacancy for a motivated and enthusiastic Administrator to join our integrated diverse team, who work with Pacific people with mental health issues, their families and the pacific community. We offer an exciting work environment and provide the opportunity to work with team members in a variety of clinical and cultural settings. Support with your ongoing professional and cultural developments is also available. The role will include an awareness of Pacific people's values and beliefs, in particular Pacific peoples' perspective of mental illness. This is a crucial role as you will be the first point of contact in person or the Pacific voice greeting the caller over the phone.

Moū ' About you
As the Pacific Administrator, you, preferably can speak or understand 1 or more pacific languages, but it is not an expected criteria. You will have the ability to greet all visitors and answer all phone calls courteously, with their needs ascertained and addressed promptly. You will be able to practice in a manner that service users determine as being culturally polite and safe. Moreover this role requires you to be competent in the use of office equipment and complete word processing accurately within timely deadlines. Lastly, you will ensure that the legal procedures are followed through accurately and that clients have legal representations during court hearings.
