**Role Overview**:
We are looking for skilled 3 **TTMW /** **Drivers** to join our growing team. In these key roles, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient setup and management of traffic management plans (TMPs) on a variety of project sites. You will play a vital part in ensuring compliance with local regulations and maintaining safety for all stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up, supervise, and remove equipment to protect workers and the public. Safety is key. - Directing traffic e.g. stop/go.
- Attention to detail in complying with the Code of Practice for Temporary Traffic Management (CoPTTM).
- Always delivering a positive and professional face to the client and the public. Take direction from Seniors and Site Managers and work effectively within a team.
- Maintain an understanding of the road industry and traffic control requirements for various operations including construction, events, and screen production.
- Responsibility for the care and attention of all equipment (incl. motor vehicles etc.).
- Yard work, cleaning and other duties as required.
- Drive vehicles and scooters as required (when Navigo qualified).
- Reporting any incidents or near misses and wearing PPE required.
- First Aid & Site Safe Passports.
- Deliver efficient and effective site management.

**Key Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of New Zealand's road safety regulations and TMP standards is preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong focus on health and safety compliance
- Valid driver licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.70 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.00 - 60.00 per week

Schedule:

- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
