Supporting young child with complex needs through to home help/housework
- Nanny care, based in Mt Roskill
- Week days and Weekend shifts

Care on Call is passionate about supporting people in the community and we take pride in the personalised service we deliver to clients and the staff we work with. You will join an existing supportive and caring team that looks after our clients with their daily tasks, social activities, and work commitments.

We have a young child with cerebral palsy who requires support with day-to-day tasks before and after school. We believe in providing consistency of care and are ideally looking for people who can regularly do Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. A background in nannying would be preferred but is not necessary. Support tasks would include but are not limited to:

- Personal care (showering, toileting, dressing)
- Housework and meal preparation
- Home help and companionship

To match well with our clients you will need to be a special kind of person. One that has initiative, gets on well with others, can adapt to various situations and settings, can follow set processes and tasks, is proactive, has a ‘can do’ attitude, and has great community skills.

**Additional requirements**
- Great communication skills
- A current, clean full driver’s licence
- Previous experience as a caregiver/support worker with similar clients
- The legal right to work in NZ
- Energetic, initiative, and a good sense of humour
- To be reliable, punctual, honest and caring
