The Office of Technology partners with Technology and senior leaders throughout ASB to oversee what's happening in the technology space. If you're passionate about technology, governance and process improvement, we'd love you to join us. **Mo te tūranga | About the Role** This role is all about supporting the team and driving progress through governance and process improvement. You'll report to our Senior Manager - Office of Technology and support collaboration with the EGM Technology & Transformation (T&T), T&T Senior Leadership and broader technology teams throughout ASB to help deliver reporting and governance initiatives, policy, delivery, and technology strategy. As part of your role, you will be responsible for coordinating T&T committee activities. You will also have visibility on governance activities over the funding used to sustain ASB's Technology and facilitate the process for funding approvals and reporting when required, working closely with the Chief Technology Officer and managing relationships with delivery leads, portfolio management and finance, communicating updates and responding to ad hoc queries. This position plays a significant role in supporting ASB's T&T governance. To succeed, you will lean into your stakeholder management skills.Your days will vary from supporting the end-to-end co-ordination for T&T committees (including Board and Executive level report writing) to providing support for BAU and ad hoc activities across the team. It will be key that you are able to think conceptually and analytically as you support key initiatives and have an eye for detail and a passion for making things better. Your work will make a difference for ASB and our customers in Aotearoa, helping us to deliver timely reporting and governance initiatives.
