Multiplications Production Coordinator

PGG Wrightson Seeds is the largest proprietary seed company in the Southern Hemisphere, servicing New Zealand and global markets. We cover every stage of the seed journey - from research and development through to production, supply, and on-farm support.

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Multiplications Production Coordinator to join our team in Lincoln. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the growth of our International Multiplication business by providing dedicated administrative and coordination support to ensure this complex operation runs effectively.

**About the role**

In this role, you’ll coordinate the flow of multiplication crops—from procurement through to delivery—ensuring production orders, inventory, sampling, documentation, and logistics are managed accurately and on time. Your attention to detail and ability to prioritise will directly support the performance of the Multiplications team and help maintain reliability and compliance.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage production orders and schedules in Navision
- Oversee stock seed inventory and support stock takes
- Coordinate samples, logistics, and freight
- Prepare export and phytosanitary documentation
- Maintain accurate production and grower data
- Support process improvements and system efficiency
- Building strong working relationships across teams and with external partners

**What we’re looking for**

- Tertiary qualification in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or equivalent experience
- Experience in administration within a supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environment
- Affinity for the arable, agriculture, or primary sector (desirable)
- Strong computer literacy, including Excel and ERP systems (ideally Navision)
- Excellent organisation and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities
