Downers Infrastructure Delivery division delivers multi-disciplined infrastructure solutions throughout New Zealand and the South Pacific, in the road, rail, renewable, marine, structures, and civil sectors. A flexible attitude is essential. Your role will be to manage all aspects of the civil and structural operation reporting directly to the Project Engineer. You will have the opportunity to develop and maintain strong client relationships, liaise with the public and manage certain elements of the project. You will also have a quality and safety ethos and perform audits and checks to ensure compliance with Health & Safety, quality and environmental policies.

About you:
We are looking for individuals with the following skills and experience:

- Tertiary civil engineering qualification - BE Civil or NZDE
- At least 2 years civil contracting experience is preferable
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Strong work ethic
- A good health and safety-related track record
- A current, full driver's license is essential
- Be keen to learn and develop your career
