Our Technical Analysts are responsible for the provision of proactive and robust second level customer support and services that encompass end user computing (mobile device support, desktop hardware, software and peripherals), deployment, exchange and management of the Active Directory environment.

**Additional information**:

- Hours of work_ - 37.5-40 hours per week
- Location_ - This position is primarily based at Christchurch City Council Civic Offices - 53 Hereford Street.

Whilst staff working at the Christchurch City Council are not currently required to be vaccinated, applicants need to be aware that should the COVID-19 environment change, roles across the organisation will be assessed, and the requirement to be vaccinated may be reviewed.
