Mō te tūranga - About the role
As a Banking Consultant in our Personal Banking Branch Network - this role is that are based mainly in branches, providing customers with a seamless banking experience, through meeting each customer’s end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs based conversations and educating them on the financial solutions available, including digital. They have the knowledge required to complete customer transactions, as well as have in-depth needs based conversations and fulfil products as per their accreditation level. They will deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are not only satisfied, but strong advocates for ANZ.
**Regional coverage**: The role spans all Christchurch branches, from Rangiora to Rolleston. You must be willing and able to travel across the region.
**Own transport required**: As travel is essential, having your own vehicle is a requirement.
**Work volume depends on flexibility**: The more available you are and the more branches and hours you’re willing to cover, the more shifts you’ll be offered.

**As a Face-to-Face Service Consultant, you will**:
- Provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer’s end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions
- Provide exceptional customer experience through quality interactions that meet customers’ financial transaction needs at the first point of contact
- Undertake cash management requirements in an accurate and efficient manner in line with bank process and policy requirements
- Work collaboratively with colleagues
- Identify any product that may benefit the customers and refer them on to the relevant person or area of the Bank to help them further
