Recruiter - Adelaide/brisbane

**Rising Sun Pictures **is looking for a mid level* Recruiter *to join the People & Culture team.
- **Employment period**:6 months with the opportunity to extend
- **Location**:Adelaide, Brisbane or New Zealand. (This position will be open to local and international applicants. Visa and relocation assistance provided where applicable)
**Position Overview**:

- Work with the Recruitment Manager to facilitate recruitment drives, creating and pushing job advertisements for a wider audience. This includes communicating with your Manager and the Marketing Department on posting job ads on LinkedIn and social media. Ensure jobs are updated on the database and posted on the RSP website.
- Manage own workload effectively, iterating work as required. Expect additional delegated tasks. Adapt work according to the changing needs of a developing brief. Work in a manner will allow others in the team to pick up work when necessary.
**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**:

- Good time management skills
- High level recruitment skills
- High level business development and relationship building skills
- Good communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Solid knowledge of digital HR tools such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn groups, IMDB & JobAdder.
- Understanding of the VFX pipeline and associated roles.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Able to work in multiple operating systems; Mac and Windows.
