The primary objectives of the role are to ensure that all customers receive efficient, caring and professional service at all times; ensure product knowledge, general housekeeping, merchandising, stock maintenance and store standards are kept to the highest degree. Equally important is stepping in to support your team members when they **need your help.**

**This is a Permanent Full time position, rostered between 40 hours across 5 days from Monday to Sunday. This may include late nights and weekend days.**

**Do you have what we are looking for?**
- Previous retail sales or Pharmacy experience preferred.
- Knowledge of pharmacy/OTC and natural health products would be an advantage
- Customer service focus to meet external and internal customer needs.
- Flexible, adaptable and good customer empathy.
- Excellent communication skills and a high standard of grooming.
