New Zealand Homestay delivers global standards for homestay accommodation.

Our service is based on the successful model established by the Australian Homestay Network (AHN)in 2007.

Our team recruit, screen and train caring local host families to provide safe, welcoming and culturally enriching homestays for visiting international students. Each student is carefully matched to a host using our unique Homestay Management System (HMS) to set up a positive experience.

We make sure everyone involved in homestay can have a welcoming, safe and enjoyable cultural experience.

**About the Role**

Reporting to senior management, you must be passionate about customer service, computer literate, motivated, be able to work independently and manage workload in what can be a fun but at times high stress environment.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Data entry
- General enquiries and office duties
- Host vetting, interviews and home inspections
- Making Student placements with well matched hosts
- Account enquiries and support
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key Education Partners
- Available for On call emergencies as needed

Essential Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience
- Previous experience with computer systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
