- Accurately identifying, picking and sale of the right vehicle parts for customers through our online systems- Promoting the strengths and benefits of using genuine Toyota parts and accessories- Stock organisation and keeping it all up to date, tidy and accurate- Assisting the Service Team with customer check ins, drop offs, bookings and general customer handling- Customer follow up calls for both departments- Understanding the importance of our customer 'Pulse' feedback systemWhat will I need?
- Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal, with the team and our customers- Superior organisation - you’ll be juggling a few hubcaps at once so keeping cool, calm and collected is also a must- A good level of fitness as there is some lifting and 'on your feet' periods of the day- Confidence in using IT including online platforms and picking up new systems easily- An eye for detail and accuracy- A true team player attitude. We need another great person to fill this role and the successful applicant will be someone who is genuinely willing to help out and become an important member of the team.
